Ingredients

140g/5oz Plain Chocolate (broken into small pieces)
142ml Whipping Cream
5tbsps Baileys
250g Mascarpone
Chocolate Shavings / Flake

1. Place the chocolate into microwaveable bowl and microwave for approx. 2 minutes or until melted. Take care that the chocolate does not burn! Stir and leave to cool slightly.

2. Whisk the cream until it forms soft peaks and then whisk in the Bailey's.

3. In a large bowl beat the mascarpone until smooth, then beat in the Bailey's cream.

4. Pour in the cooled chocolate and stir a couple of times to create a swirled pattern.

5. Separate the mixture into small pots.
