Banana Brulee Pots
Method
1. Place the sliced bananas into the base of each of the ramekin dishes.
2. Mix together the custard and crème fraiche then spread into each of the pots covering the bananas and filling to the top of the dish.
3. Sprinkle the sugar over the surface of each brulee and place under a pre heated grill until the sugar is caramelised.
4. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
