Ingredients

4 lbs minced turkey (ground pork can be substituted)
4 teaspoons garlic, granulated
2 1/2 tablespoons thyme
1 tablespoon fennel seed
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon red peppers, crushed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup quick oats

Servings: Makes 16

Breakfast SausageMethod

1. Place minced meat in a large bowl and add garlic, thyme, fennel seeds, parsley, red pepper, salt and oats.

2. Mix well, form into patties and individually wrap or place into sausage casings using a sausage filler or an icing bag.

3. Use immediately or freeze for future use.
