Ingredients

750ml chicken stock
50g pasta
1 chicken breast , skinless, cooked and finely chopped
50g frozen peas
flat-leaf parsley , chopped to garnish

1. Heat up the chicken stock in a pan and bring to the boil, add the pasta and cook until just tender - approximately 8 minutes.

2. Add the chicken and peas and cook for a further 2 minutes until heated through.

3. Season then stir through the fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread.
