Cheese and Ham Pie
Method
1. Boil the potatoes 15 minutes until soft.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion, leek and mushrooms for around 5 minutes until soft
3. Drain the potatoes and mash them well adding in the butter, milk and salt and pepper to season.
4. Add the onion, leek and mushroom to the mashed potato Add in the ham and half of the cheese and mix in well.
6. Transfer to a heatproof dish and top with the rest of the cheese
7. Place under a hot grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
