Ingredients
1 Pack of Filo Pastry
1 Pack of Quorn Mince
Large Jar of Tomato Sauce / Passata
1 x Onion finely chopped
1 x Carrot finely chopped
1 x Pepper finely chopped
1 x Courgettes finely chopped
Small tin Red Kidney Beans
Salt and Pepper
1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce.
2 Tblsp Red Wine
Butter
Sunflower/ Olive Oil

Quorn Mince Parcel

Method

1. In a pan Fry the onion in a little oil until slightly browned, add quorn mince and fry for a further 3 minutes.

2. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir.

3. Add the carrots, courgettes and peppers, and stir.

4. Pour in the red wine and Worcestershire sauce, season to taste with salt and pepper.

5. Add the red kidney beans and allow to simmer for 10 minutes, remove and leave to cool slightly.

6. To prepare the pastry, melt a little butter in a pan or microwave. Remove the filo pastry from it's packaging and cut into squares (follow the instructions on the pack).

7. Layer up the filo pastry squares brushing each layer with a little butter and placing 3 squares for each parcel to form a six point star.

8. Spoon the Quorn Mince Mixture into the centre of the star shape and grabbing each side of the star bundle the pastry up and seal at the top with a little more butter.

9. Cook for around 20 minutes until golden.

10. Serve with Salad or Vegetables of your choice.
