1 egg
2 Rashers of Bacon
1 English Muffin
Hollandaise Sauce

Eggs Benedict

Eggs BenedictMethod:

1. Start grilling your bacon

2. Start boiling a saucepan of water. When boiling use a spoon to swirl the water making a small whirlpool and crack your egg into it

3. Half your English Muffin and toast until golden brown

4. Remove the English Muffin from the toaster and butter

5. Take one slice of the cooked bacon and lay onto the bottom slice of the English Muffin

6. Remove the poached egg (takes around 3 minutes to cook) and drain any excess water. Layer onto the rasher of bacon

7. Place the next slice of bacon onto the poached egg

8. Top with the top of the toasted English Muffin

9. Place a spoonfull of Hollandaise sauce on top.

10. Serve immediatly
