Chocolate & Beetroot Cake

Method:

1. Blitz beetroot; add eggs, oil and vanilla.

2. Sieve the flour, baking powder and cocoa add the sugar.

3. Mix the beetroot mix into the flour.

4. Pour into a lined 8" round tin.

5. Bake for 50mins at 180.

6. Once cool dust with icing sugar.
