Ingredients:

450ml instant custard
150g lemon curd
200ml plain natural yogurt
Grated zest of 1 lemon

Lemon Ice Cream

1. Mix custard, lemon curd and yogurt together.

2. Stir in lemon zest.

3. Pour the mixture into a plastic container with a lid and place in the freezer

4. After 1 hour, stir the contents with a fork, ensuring you mix in the frozen mixture from the sides and return to freezer for a another hour.

5. Repeat the above 3 times to ensure the mixture will freeze evenly.

6. Return to freezer and leave for 4 hours to freeze.

7. Serve
