Method
1. Melt the Chocolate, golden syrup and butter slowly in a large pan.
2. Once melted remove about 125ml of the liquid and set aside.
3. Crush the biscuits in a freezer bag, don’t make them all into crumbs, leave some larger pieces if possible.
4. Add the biscuits and the marshmallows to the pan with the melted liquid in.
5. Stir until mixed through.
6. Add to a 24cm square foil tray and flatten as best you can.
7. Pour the reserved liquid over the top and smooth over.
8. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
9. Cut, serve and enjoy.
